Miway a **** company to insure with

On the 06/06/2018 i met with a accident, i lodged my claim as the process with a lady by the name of Felicia of the claims department, later that evening i was asked to get pictures of the vehicles damage and a quotation as requested this was sent to Felica on the 11/06/2018. Later that evening i followed up yet to know my claim has not yet been updated and a lady by the name of Gloria will contact me and i will get a message saying it was logged which never happened, i call and reminded Felicia it eventually went through. The next day being the 12/06/2018 i get a email saying my car is a write of as per a some sort of assessor who seems *********** just like the rest of MIWAY team. My quote cam to 20k yet they appraised value was 57k 35% of book value which is less then the 60 to 70% norm. I then get a call by Gloria saying ow they cant pay because my car is financed and i must fetch my car and when it is paid off i will get paid( So only cash purchased cars can be insured?) Miway are finding every excuse to pay out as this seems as if they are must a money making skeem who promise the world to you to bring you over from another insurance company with they **** sales pitch. the staff member s are *********** and clearly don't know what they are doing i would not recommend anyone to Miway as there service and payout is ****, claim number C970662
