Miway

My name is Phemelo Ramotebele and I had a car accident on 6 February 2022, then Miway took my car to a panelbeater called Zambezi ARCBMW. Miway is not making follow ups and I have still not received my car. They keep on sending me messages that they have postponed finishing the work on my car and I am suffering. Today, they have just sent me a message saying they have postponed fixing my car again and I have to wait for 27 May. My question is, Miway advertises that they do their work professionally but they are showing me a different size and I will leave this insurance company if this continues. I am tired of waiting for my car, it will be better to try other insurance companies. My kids now have to walk to school and it is dangerous as they leave while it's still dark, and they are girls. If anything happens to my kids, Miway will be responsible. I have sleepless nights about this and I am now suffering from Anxiety and taking medication for it because of this company. When Miway chooses their panel beaters they should choose someone they know will deliver on time. They are treating me like this because I'm black, and the safety of my black kids is not a concern for them.
