Miway *********

I have been insured with miway since 2016 and had no claims since then until this year May when I had an accident someone bumped my car from the back. Everything went well from the accident scene the car was towed to their panelbeaters . The person who bumped me is also a Miway client , I reported the accident at SAPS. When the car was ready after a month i was told to pay the excess and Miway will recover it from the third party which is their client and refund me since he confirmed that he was at the wrong . Until today Miway has not paid me my refund , Tahir Mohamed who works at their legal department has been promising to call me back with progress of my claim everytime I call since May . Tahir Mohamed has been LYING to me since May to date , ****** and ********* to think I have been paying my insurance for the past 8 years no claim.
