Miway

I lodged a claim on the 18th of January 2016 Miway written off my car. Mpumi Mkumbe confirmed that the assessment has been done and they are now waiting for the car to be towed to SMD to finalize the claim and pay out. she also confirmed that she is just waiting for her Manager to authorise the claim. I have the assessment report with me. they are now saying they want to re assess again for what? they have already told me to search for another car of which I did and my application was approved but miway is still delaying the process of finalizing the claim...
