Good day all. July 2020 my vehicle went in for body repairs after a run in with a goat in May 2020. My cover also includes a rental vehicle once the vehicle goes in for repairs. A rental vehicle was never arranged for me so I had to take matters into my own hands. I arranged a vehicle at R600 per day for 26 days as this is how long it took for the body shop to replace a front bumper. When I finally received my vehicle I had to fit the bill for that period. I contacted Miway for reimbur*****t only to find out that they will only pay a maximum of R180 per day for 10 days! So I was offered R1800 which I wasn't happy with at the time. Followed up with them in November 2020 and was told that they haven't payed as I wasn't happy with their offer. So I excepted their offer on the 11.11.2020. To this day I haven't received any comms from them and still no refund!
