Miway

I was unfortunate to be involved in an accident in October 2023. I had only been with Miway for 2 or so Months. I was contacted on the scene by Enoch who was very helpful, the car was then taken by an agent tow provider within minutes and I was given a lift home and to the police station to file the case. The other driver had filed the case so I used the same. I was allocated an agent immediately who stayed in contact with me throughout the process of the write-off and settling of the claim (Basetsana) . I was also contacted by the legal rep who confirmed the third party claim and process. Excellent service and instant assistance when I needed it.
