MiWay

I have been a member of Miway insurance for more than 9 years. My wife just recently bought a brand new car and I recommended that she should join MiWay. This was the biggest mistake I ever made. I didnt know it would come back and bite me. My wife had a unfortunate accident in August, and when she reported the accident it took them almost two and half months to respond, only to let us know that our claim has been rejected on grounds of dishonesty , which they don't even explain. When I called this guy Lionel Collect to ask him to ask why the claim is taking so long? He was very rude and told me that he can't discuss anything with me because I am not the policy holder. Granted, I am not the policy holder, but I am the husband. No one ran away from the scene and the police were on the scene and we provided them with the police report and gave them all they required without hassles. I got a call informing me that I have 30 days to seek for another insurance. So now, they are also cancelling my contract with them? I would like clarification on how now we are linked yet they were dismissive in responding when I enquired on my wife's behalf? I wouldn't recomend Mi'way to anyone.
