MiWay 3rd party claim process is a joke

I put in a 3rd party claim for an accident that was caused by a MiWay client who openly admitted that they caused the damages on my car and the car that was parked in front of mine. Their legal department however refuted liability and wouldn't pay out the claim unless I could provide evidence that the car that was parked in front of mine crashed into my vehicle. I provided Miway with all the documentation they required including a case number from the police station however MiWay still refuted liability eventhough the MiWay client who caused the accident openly admitted that the accident was caused by her. I'm utterly upset and dissapointed by the way in which this whole claim was dealt with.
