Miway 3rd party claim C***
Absolutely terrible service from Miway with regards to my third party claim. I have submitted all documents and quotation to them and they tell me my vehicle is deemed Uneconomical to repair making it a write off. Which is stupid because their quotations done by their assessors are in the same criteria as the quotations I have gotten. Currently still trying to stand my ground and demand more than just R5680. That amount will not even cover the parts for my vehicle leaving alone the labour. Rivashen Pillay is my legal advisor who has been allocated to me and this is so damn unfair. If my car is old and the quotations are high be reasonable and atleast give me a fair amount,it isn’t my fault that their client knocked me. I am innocent but yet I must cover up more than half of the damages. I’m sorry but no.

They tell me that the offer still stands which is R5680.
If my car is written off then they won’t pay me the write off value but they will pay R5680 , does that even make sense. What am I gonna repair on my vehicle with R5680. How will I be able to buy my vehicle back with that amount. Their quotation from their assessor is totalling to R19954
My lowest quotation totalled to R16301
I don’t understand why they can’t even pay me 10000 if my vehicles repair costs are more than half the car, they should atleast pay me something that can help me repair my car.
This is extremely unfair and it’s really upsetting. MIWAY IS KNOWN TO BE A HASSLE FREE INSURANCE and that is a lie.
