MiWay 3rd party claim

Dealing with MiWay has been nothing but an awful experience, their client admitted guilt for the accident that was over a year ago, but dealing with them they showed total disregard of all the documentation that was brought forward by me and simply said they are not liable leaving me to bare all the costs for what their client caused. The communication dragged as they tell you not to contact them but they'll contact you.
