MiWay 3rd party claim

I had a case (C***) with MiWay for a third party claim, and this kind of case, like many other insurance claim cases, required an investigation to be done. The investigation was handled by a guy called Sibusiso Hlatshwayo. WOW, what a professional Sibusiso is! My first interaction with him was via phone call, shortly after the case was assigned to him. He explained everything to me and asked me for all the necessary information required to help him with the investigation.

He explained how he plans to approach the case and he was very calm, polite and friendly. He gave me follow-ups and that was really great as it showed the seriousness with which he took his work. Sibusiso was able to get to the bottom of this case, and even though it has not yet been fully finalised, I am really pleased with the effort he has been putting on this case. It is really refreshing to see someone work so diligently and with such efficiency.
