you just like to appreciate the effort and pride you put into making your clients happy. a special shoutout to Jana, after my claim was approved and paid. Yana kept me updated throughout the excess refund process. she used to call me always when she has new development on her side. at times she will call just to let me know that nothing new has surfaced but she is still working on making sure i get my refund.
