I wasn't having a good time with canceling my insurance with my way, i had a few rude agents but finally when i got through to the correct department and a consultant by the name of Tebogo Pitjeng helped me i liked the way he spoke he was a good salesman honestly 10/10 service raiting he was just good at his job i wish there were more like him no complaints. The company needs to invest in other agents train them to speak and not get upset and try to understand the customer the way he did alot can learn from him
