Miway

Good day Hellopeter I am fed up with MiWay I have been trying to cancell this insurance since January 2023 in March I emailed them to cancell the insurance I don't owe anything on my car yet Miway does not cancell my insurance as I asked so many times before I am in financial difficulties and every time Miway submits a debit order my bank charges me R147 now I have to run around trying to get money in to cover the bank charges I have been phoning Miway been leaving messages but nothing ever happens what do you suggest I do I feel Miway should pay me back for the charges incurred on my bank account there call centre is pathetic they have my cancelation on record yet it is pending and nobody wants to do something about that I am telling all my friends about Miway and advising them not to deal with Miway
