Miway

This is directed to Miway and it's employees. I have a policy with them for car insurance. I called in to cancel my policy with them because I had a better offer from one of the Insurance companies. I called the call center and I spoke, unfortunately I didn't get her name, she suggested that I ask them to bid the new policy that I just got. she was very nice and she transferred me to Asisiphe. she friendly, nice and attentive. she let me ask questions if I didn't understand the question. It felt like I was speaking to my peer. I got the best offer thanks to her and sotho/tswana speaking lady 'sorry I didn't get your name' that wouldn't allow me to cancel my policy with them. I' going to refer all my friends to Miway. Thank you so much ladies.
