MIWAY -25% PREMIUM INCREASE

Good Day Miway

I am utterly disappointed with your premium increase. My policy has gone u by 25%, which is crazy. I have been with Miway for the past 10 years +- & to receive this kind of service tells me as a client I am not valued, all that matters is the bottom line. Miway is fine with loosing a long devoted client who has turned away so many other insurance companies calls to remain loyal to Miway. I spoke to Thabani Mnguni who is a senior adviser but he couldn't really assist me with my premium. He then spoke to his Manager Mratha Banbo who said they cant do anything that is the premium.

How does Miway justify a 25% policy increase. I would like to remain a Miway customer but I need a better premium without raising my excess again. Let me know your thoughts as this will determine if I continue to be a Miway customer who speaks so highly about Miway to family & friends or if I become an ex customer of Miway.
