I am actually puzzled with the amount that i have to pay for my access amount i did not even have to pay that amount for when i bought my car. I dont knoe if i made a mistake when the dealerassisted me to take insurence when i fetched my car i was not explained abount having to take out so much Excess.

People driving bigger cars than Iam are paying less for excess and yet I am driving a Kia Picanto. I was not wisely advised about the excess untill i had the damage on my car or else i was never going to commit myself to such a ridiculous amount to pay i would have changed insurancces same time.

I truelly believe there is another way of which we can do things regarding the excees amount payable on my account I really dont have this amount to pay as an upfront payment. I have a lady that drives a Audi 2016 model in my Family that payed R2500.00 on her Santum excess and with my first ever policy that was highly spoken about I am charged an arm and a leg.

I am willing to go with the legal route o this one I would appreciate it someone could call me and we find a way of working together regarding the excess amount. Really Ii dont believe in paying R15000.00 for just excess alone
