I recently dealt with Ofentse from retentions and a few other employees at Moment and all I can say is they know how to hold a conversation and keep the client engaged. It's never a dull moment. The reason why I give a 4 star is because they could of given me a better premium considering my vehicle age, claims history and current usage of the car.
