MiWarranty, Motorite: Bad service
<p>I have the MiWarranty option with MiWay, i got a problem with my gearbox, i called for a claim got all the documents required. The garage quoted me over R16000 and this was a mechanical fault.</p> <p>MiWay/Motorite only gave me 6250, Not even half the amount of the quote and i am entitled to twice that because they classified it as "Wear and Tear" when the garage had clearly termed it as a mechanical failure!</p> <p>Its a bit frustrating because clients pay insurance not to end having to pay huge amounts but with this it seems like this insurance package has no value</p>
