MIWARRANTY ITS ANO GO ZONE

On 17 July 2021 when i arrived at home from work I notice coolant leaking under the car ,on 19 July 2021 I decided to take the car to the RMI registered dealer at Mbombela they take a look at the car quickly they find the problem and i told them that I have the Miwarranty cover with Miway they try to log a claim on my behalf like they always do for other clients but they where told that they need to speak with me, the dealer allowed me to use their phone, they requested four documents i forwarded those documents. after a couple of hours then i was told that the claim will take up to 4 days to be finalized, then I had to take my car and drvie back from Mbombela(Nelspruit) to Elukwatini, I left the dealer at 15h:40 but I arrived at home at 18h:55 because I had to stop to pour water because the water pump was leaking. The dealer quoted me for R5600 but the Miwarrany together with Motorite approved R2000 after that 4 days they promised to pay the money into my account i am still waiting for that R2000. just Imagine from 19 to 29 they are struggling to pay only R2000.

I PERSONALY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE MIWARRANTY TO ANYONE.
