Missed Premium
Great service by Siphiwe Mkhize,I called in to ask that they debit my account as it bounced,and he was kind enough to assist me and inform me that I’ll still be covered for 15 days from the debit day even if I made no payment yet and that I would normally receive communication if they have not received my premium.
