Misrepresentation at miway

Early October 2019, Miway calls me that they would give my R400 back should they beat my current Insurance premiums. After the assessment they found that they were more expensive that my current insurance and that I was due for the R400. They told me to send them my policy documents to verify. They have since been quiet, and not responding to my emails. They have my personal details and might be sensitive to ********** activities.
