Misrepersentation

The sales consultants phone you and promise you R400.00 for your time by saying that if they cannot beat your existing car insurancepremuim they will pay you this fee for there time taken with you over the phone getting your details to generate a quote.This is a lengthy procedure . At the end of this painful experience they give you a quote which is far higher than what you are currently paying. Call is ended by them afterwards sending you an email asking you to send a copy of your insurance policy to verify what was said by you is factual. This i did and then comes the Misrepresentation. They claim i sent a Quote sorry we do not accept this document to claim R400.00 . Outsurance my insurer do not send Invoices what i sent them was a copy of my actual policy sent to me by email/ Please publish this on your site so every one in Soth Africa can see what this company is doing to sell policies.
