Misleading service!!!

I called Miway Last week to cancel one of my policies with them and I was told that I would get my refund by no later than 11/03/2020. Today (12/03/2020) I am still waiting for my refund and when I call them to ask, I am given the run around. For a company as big as Miway refunding a client should not be this difficult. I wonder how would the treatment be should I then need to claim at some point. This is utterly disappointing, why do you guys mislead clients? Some of us plan based on information that you give us!!!
