Misleading public

Very disappointed new client. A Miway broker phone me to beat my current old insurance broker price . My current insurance broker premium is R804 with and excess of R1000 . Myway lie to me let me cansel my current policy with a better offer of R672 a month with Exess amount same as current competition. All good I went for it. Oops just to be called back couple of days later to inform me they listen to recording and my exsess fee is R8500 not R1000 ...........why wil I cansel my current policy to save less than R200. Becarefull in the future let them email all documents to you first and read them don't make the same mistake I did before expecting .
