Misleading MiWay

I just bought my first vehicle and I was so happy. I was given options of great insurance product I can choose from & MiWay stood out for me, I selested Miway and got my first car. Then another insurer approached me with a better deal and I wanted to cancel with MiWay, but then they debited my account with amount I didn't agree on, the conversation I had with Ruby from Bsure Africa, a broker that was assisting me with the policy was less than the amount debited. I had considered staying on with Miway if I put on my dad as the regular driver but now I just want nothing to do with Miway or Bsure Africa.

Now I want to cancel my policy and get a refund of my money because I feel like I have been misled.
