Misleading insurance covers
I have had a car insurance with MiWay for over 11 years now. Then I decided to add my cellphone to the cover they never indicated that upon your claim you will ONLY be allowed to buy from their approved stores. Now I am stark with their claims card, their apprpved retail stores don't have the phone I want. There are stores that have the phone but I can't buy from them because they are not on their list. Now I must go through the trouble of driving around looking for all the shops in their stupid list.
