Misleading Information & Rates

I am extremely unhappy with Miway. I have been insured for about 7 years and had 1 windscreen cla im all this time yet i was **** to.. 1stly i insured a BMW F30 with them and they insured a E90 i had to call and correct this with huge frustrations. I took the car for inspection and now i get a message to take it for inspection as it is not covered after the agent said it is not necessary??

I get a premium of R1100 and now a new policy schedule for R1250 from 01/07? I honestly rather move to another insurer ...
