Misleading information

For the month of July I was debited more than what my actual installment was,when I called in to find out what was happening the consultant told me that there was a glitch in the system and the extra will be deducted from the august Premuim. On the 27.08.2020 I called Miway to confirm what my instalment will be they told me I will be debited R138 this month on the same day I received a SMS stating that they gave me a further discount. When I checked my account today I see they debited my normal monthly instalment of R189 and it's good I left extra money in the account otherwise I would have been charged for a unpaid debit order and would have no cover for the month
