Misleading Credit shortfall information

I was disappointed at the end when you refused to pay off my credit short fall with I was paying towards. Your website clearly states "MiWay - Credit Shortfall - Covers the difference between what the car is insured for in the event of total loss and the outstanding finance you owe the bank" but now I am given excuses like miway is only going to pay credit shortfall if I had a balloon payment on my car. I wish clarity was done from the start that I am paying for nothing, and what frustrated me more Kgomotso Mathope was no where to be found when I called for clarity. I have accepted the unfair offer with a broken heart because it is clear that the shortfall policy does not work like how it should work with Miway. Next time please tell the people the truth and not make then take policies that you know will not work for them at the end
