misleading cover and corn artist

I lodge a complaint with Miway from December 2014 until now 2015/03/30. I insured my car with Miway and I was involved in a accident after 7 day of the purchase, they (Miway) have been giving me the run around and now they said they will settle my car, at the last hour they tell me they will be paying R76000 not the whole amount. They claim that I was insured for market value of the car, I then asked for the records of such agreement and I get no response. Miway have been waisting too much of my money and time. I was busy fixing my car because they had rejected to finance it before hellopeter. And now they stole everything I had my car and a piece of mind that they claim to help car owners. So now I encored debts trying to fix the car and the instalments that I already paid for their incompetency. And the two assessors (peter and jean) have been nothing but a waist of my time, I don't understand why Miway doesn't training there staff or maybe its how they train them to ***** from clients. I've never seen such ******* company like Miway in my life.
