Misleading Adverti*****t

Very disappointed with my experience with MiWay Insurance.

I approached MiWay based on their cashback campaign, which advertised that if they could not beat my current insurance quote, I would qualify for the cashback offer. I provided the required information and went through the process in good faith, only to be told afterwards that the campaign would not be honoured in my circumstances.

This is extremely frustrating. If a company advertises a promotion to attract potential customers, I expect the advertised terms to be app**** fairly and transparently. It is particularly disappointing to go through the effort of obtaining a quote based on a specific campaign, only to find that the offer is effectively not being honoured.

I would strongly encourage MiWay to review how this campaign is communicated and administered. Customers should not feel that they have been induced to engage with the company by an offer that ultimately isn't honoured.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend MiWay and will be taking my insurance elsewhere.
