Misconceptions

<p>Hi MiWay, </p> <p> </p> <p>I just had a predicament with one of my claims especially when it came to my policy stating i've had a 6 years relationship with my previous insurance, KINGPRICE although there was sufficient documentation station that it was only 2 (Two) months with the insurance. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have concluded that the problem might have been how your consultant, Vincino Pienaar, asked the question of how long the previous insurance covered the car for and I had said that it was for 72 months not knowing he had asked how long I had the previous insurance for and I could've mentioned that it was only for 2 months. </p> <p> </p> <p>My concern is that since your consultant went through ahead to fill in the the questionaire, was he not aware that him or I might have made a mistake rather than just getting a sale for that matter? I got my drivers licence last year (15/05/2015) and did he not put it tiohimself that I might have misunderstood him or might've rephrased that particular question and to think that was the only problem I had encountered that hindered the whole process and that makes me to pay for your consultant's negligence.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not get me wrong, I have no problem with Vincino Pienaar, nor do I want him to get penalised for this. </p> <p> </p> <p>Just to conclude, for the next person who might experience this to a client that might be blindsided to some of how your questions are asked, please make sure to tell your consualtants to exlain to their new clients as if they were asking questions to a 5 year old. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks </p>
