Mirewards

I have been with mi way since 2014 and I have never received my reward cash and according to MiWay's terms and conditions, if you are a loyal Client for 3 years and you never miss a premium payment in any of the 3 years, they will give you an average off the premiums equivalent to 1 month's premium i only received one email this year stating that they will pay my Final payout of mirewards on the 25th of R179 I mean what's that how can it be my Final if it's actually my first payout this is unacceptable
