Minor dent query

I am writing this review with a heavy heart and sad of the service of Minor debt department service. I logged a claim in January then weeks later a guy phoned me advising me that my assessor assessed my damage and I will have to pay R600 extra since the maximum amount for the damage is R5,000.00. I told him that the damage covers 1 door not 2 , he then promised to come back to me unfortunately a month passed and I then phoned again and spoke to another and I had to explain my story and he said as per the system the person I spoke to is on leave and he has escalated my query. He promised I will receive a call from the consultants to resolve my claim till to date no one came to me. I also spoke to Enoch who once assisted with towing he advised me that he was on night shift he will get back to me day after in the morning since that day no one phoned me. Regards,
