"MIMOTOR POLICY CLAIM BAD SERVICE FROM MIWAY"

I’m am very disappointed and frustrated in the way MIWAY have treated my claim , They have contradicted themselves in terms of rejecting my claim as well as the communication that I received regarding my claim was pathetic. I had to constantly call them to get feedback only to then get a call to say my claim has failed validation and been rejected.

I have two vehicles insured with MIWAY with MI Motor combo, I had a claim registered (C***) in December whereby my wife was driving my other vehicle as she is registered as the regular driver and it was a similar situation to the claim (C***) that was submitted now and rejected.

I don’t see how they paid out that claim but now all of a sudden this is rejected due to it being an “ACCIDENT” and not being covered under my MI motor policy, I feel this is unfair and MIWAY is just looking for an excuse not to pay. If this is not resolved in the proper manner it should, I will have no choice but to cancel this policy, as I am not willing to be paying for something that is of no use to me.
