MiMotor Combo - Wheel and tyre damage cover

Very disappointing in MiWay delaying payout for an approved wheel and tyre damage claim on that MiMotor combo plan. I initially logged the claim on 8 Jan after hitting a pothole and discovering damage tyre sidewall, of which cannot be repaired. Everytime I call to follow up on it, I'm told an email is being sent to the manager to process payment, since 21st Jan 2022.
