MiMotor Combo - Scratch and Dent

On 16 September 2021, I lodged a claim under the MiMotor Combo - Scratch and Dent + Tyre and Rim case# ***. The person who assisted me did everything to my satisfaction. I was then told that the person who'll be fixing the scratches will contact me and make arrangements for when he'll be fixing the car. Indeed he called and said his car had mechanical issues and so I waited. A week passed and we had a chat on Whatsapp and still, his car wasn't fixed. 3 weeks later, I contacted him, this time around it was him who was sick. Until today I'm still waiting for my car to be fixed and my Guy kept on coming with excuses. Not sure what to do now.
