MiGaurd is useless, I almost lost my life

Yesterday I was involved in a life threatening situation, I pressed my MiGaurd penic button and there as no urgent response as they promised when selling me the product, later an agent calls me from MiGaurd and I told her I need armed response to come to my location, she asked what's wrong and i told her I'm under attack, she said Okey and that was the last time I heard from her, I find this MiGaurd thing useless and the promises made when selling it are false and misleading
