MiWay promises to pay you R400 if their insurance quote is higher than your current insurer. They do not tell you you that this is a **** - they do not get back to you about how to claim. Do not respond to emails sent to the consultant and his call centre team leader. and two months after the quote, do not acknowledge receipt of emails, let alone look into the matter. Shoddy service. Empty promises. Uncompetitive quotes. False advertising!

I’m glad I’m not part of your insurance. My mother insures with you and I pay for it... I will be cancelling that and letting her join my insurance I won’t be part of a lying insurance company

I never received any money. The Team said they would contact me to take my details, but i never received any callback. I even emailed the manager asking and he never rep****. so i don't know what you guys are talking about that you have resolved this. Its highly inaccurate.
