I lodged a claim on the 11th at 17:00 with MIWAY Insurance and it was Friday on that particular day. Then Monday the 14th around 09:30 I received a call from Missy consultant by the name of KGOTSO MOHALE explaining how the claim process will go, Then around 17:00 on the very same Monday KGOTSO called again to say my claim has been approved. Tuesday the 15th KGOTSO called at 10:00 to confirm my details and to sign a document. By 14:00 I received an email confirming my claim payment.
