Midway Insurance call agents are rude
Just want to say that Miway Insurance sales agents are rude. They call and when I spoke to the lady nicely explaining I don't want to take any insurance as yet....she cuts the call immediately.
Midway, understand that when your call agents call us and cut the all. Its no longer a sales call but harassment. They shouldn't call if your agents don't have the proper training. Even when the cheeky woman called, Her "Hello" wasn't nice.
Seeing as my number will come up on the admins end after this review. Please take me off your data base.

27 Jan 2022, 15:05Yes. All I ask is you have the teams spoken to and not have this overlooked. Understand our frustration (clients/public) as we are inundated with call centres calling us endlessly. I get calls at between 5 - 10 times a day. So manners and professionalism are key. Thanks
