Midway has been nothing but good to me, very helpful indeed throughout the 8 years I have been with. I have never experienced any issues with them. Roxanne was my consultant today, she assisted me today and explained everything in a good, clear and respectful manner and was very patient and polite. Lastly, thank you for hearing our pleas regarding the money back issue and I am very happy that you have taken that into consideration.
