<p>Good Morning</p> <p>We in South Africa are so used to bad service or even no service and for this reason I feel it is important to write about Miway's service which they refer to as "My Drive". As we are attending our year-end function today it was necessary to make use of Miway's "My Drive" service. I had the pleasure of talking to Mr Patrick Mbalati and what a pleasure it was. He encouraged responsible driving :-) and was pleased that we were utilising their "My Drive" service; he was attentive; he showed an interest in my questions; he was extremely polite and helpful and answered all my queries. I feel encouraged today because of his excellent telephone manner and for showing enthusiasm and interest in what he does. Thank you Patrick!</p> <p> </p>
