Mickayal Naygan was helpful and so efficient in assisting me with getting roadside assistance. Ensured I was at said lpcation and reachable. My one thing would be to prepare the guys dispatched to assist abit more. As a female driver I sometimes am not 100% sure what is wrong so maybe prepare them for various call out reasons.
