Michael was so helpful from the first minute I spoke to him. He was so professional and very committed in making sure that I receive the help that I needed. He even made a follow up call just to make sure that I have been helped. He managed to get someone to assist me within few minutes after I have spoken to him. The service that I received from Michael was excellent. He is such an asset to your company and in this day in age we need more people like Michael.
