MiBicycle Insurance cover

I insured my 2020 Silverback Stride SX 29 Mountain bike with MiWay Insurance for a cover of R13 844 in March 2020 paying a premium of R98,16. On the 15th of October 2020 while I was riding my bicycle in the afternoon, I was ****** of my bicycle at gun point..., I walked to the nearest police station to open a case. I submitted a claim to MiWAy after receiving Case number. I received a call on 22nd October 2020 to go to nearest Cycle Lab to collect a new 2021 Silverback Stride SX 29. MiWAy is a hassle free Insurance company..., I would like to thank them for turning my tears into joy...
