Mi way/king price/ombudsman

In 2015 I put a claim through to mi way insurance for 2 stole cell phone. My insurance was cancel with remark "hazard moral". 8y later I still can't get insurance or can but won't pay out if there are s claim. Ombudsman they say are for fair and honest judgement. But not if insurance company paying there salaries. I had a accident in November not my fault. Was insured by king price . They refused to pay out claim because of mi way claim of 8y. King price said I never told them about it. So went Ombudsman but never received the report as they left out a digit on my email adress. This is after I followed up to find out if case have been completed I was told still busy. But in fact was done already. So found out after 14 days appeal. So easy way out . Don't have to find insurance guilty. Take note cell phone was maybe @R2500 each never got paid out. But people can ***** MIllions get 5y jail keep the money and after 5y carry with there live normaly. But 8y later R5k claim never got paid out. Still I can't get Insurance.

So I think SA if you ***** you are protected and looked after. As not even the Ombudsman are fair and can be trusted with a fair judgement.
