Mi Way - Uber - Accident claim
An Über cab pulled up in *******ly at entrance to mall. As my car passed the Uber (A large black BMW X) The passenger in back opened the BMW's door into my car. R 24 000.00 in damage. We exchanged numbers and driver apologised and he confirmed that I should claim from his insurer Mi-Way. Long story short - Mi Way refuse to honour claim as driver changed the story and said I drove into an open door even though its's clear from damage that it could not have happened as per their clients reviewed story. Case closed. No way of contacting UBER re these kind of issues.
Mi Way have been wasting my time for 5 months - Incident happened 8 Nov 2017
