Mi way they do things your way - even when its not beneficial

<p>After our conversation with an insurance agent, another offer was given to me by my new insurance - of which i could not refuse - i called mi way to cancel and i was served by the lady called Dibuseng - i really appreciate her tactfulness with her client "me". she was able to accept my cancellation and kept me as thier client on the mi personal insurance - which i think personally is important to have. Mi way pat yourselves on the back for the excellent training you give to your representatives, i really appreciate the lack of annoyance that you convey. i'm sorry that i had to leave but thank you for your service in past. all i can say, continue doing what you best - change convernsional insurance to custom.
